Testimonials

“The Flamenco Workshops organised by Canela Fina were outstanding. Carlos and Carmen had the children captivated with their dancing. The children in all year groups were so engaged throughout each workshop and they loved the dancing. I thought that basing the flamenco workshop around a poem by Lorca was a brilliant idea – it had singing, clapping, dancing and tapping. The time flew by and I was very happy to see that all year groups mastered the dance by the end of the workshop. Carlos and Carmen are excellent dance teachers. Thank you very much organising this workshop and helping make Spanish Day a success”

“Big thank you. Workshops were a huge success, every single age group enjoyed it and fully participated in them. Both facilitators have been excellent, very friendly, hard working, flexible and adapted beautifully to the different age groups. Always very positive with students, lots of praise throughout sessions and always spared their time to listen to the kids, answer questions. Above all, always with a smile on their faces. I loved it too!”

Everybody was absolutely delighted with the workshops. The children loved it so much that they continued doing Flamenco in the classroom! I got really good feedback from all the members of staff I talked to. I watched 2 of the workshops and I was really impressed with the quality of the teaching. Both facilitators were really professional and knew exactly what they were doing and could accommodate their teaching according to the pupils’ age. Carlos had a great sense of humour and kept the children focused at all times. Both of them were incredible actually and very pleasant. I am very pleased that I have found your company and I will definitely recommend it to colleagues”

“Dear Maria, everyone absolutely loved the workshop. They were amazing. Staff especially enjoyed when Carlos told the history of the dance. The children still talk about Carmen and Carlos and they even told me that they wish that they would have been able to come and watch their assembly tomorrow as some girls are dancing some flamenco”
